It's also tended to fall apart a bit when I try to cook it in things like saag. Am I draining it too much, or ? Any ideas of how I can improve? Did you know that you can even flavour it mildly with chopped herbs etc if you like, & you now get a masala paneer variant here. I like it plain though. We also get a small round steel contraption like a sieve here which you can set paneer in. Ricotta is what we don't get here though...pity; will wait for a ricotta post from you!!Deeba PABhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05527333008494519621noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-48477400525471064082008-04-13T23:26:00.000-07:002008-04-13T23:26:00.000-07:00Thats a very nice read and nice instructions to ma...Thats a very nice read and nice instructions to make paneer at home. thanks manasiSMNhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00318410727839291776noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-68662416578506138982008-04-13T17:59:00.000-07:002008-04-13T17:59:00.000-07:00Thanks for ur step by step instructions Mansi..Thanks for ur step by step instructions Mansi..Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14548446455190363578noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-8462962506616141832008-04-13T17:01:00.000-07:002008-04-13T17:01:00.000-07:00Nice instructions Mansi.Paneer looks perfectNice instructions Mansi.Paneer looks perfectkamalahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12330960476017383925noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-10478260488823305682008-04-13T13:52:00.000-07:002008-04-13T13:52:00.000-07:00glamah - that's the beauty of paneer...just 2 thin...glamah - that's the beauty of paneer...just 2 things to make it and loads of wonderful recipes to use it in!:)

katie - that's really funny!: thanks for making me laugh, and i hope your "sour paneer" turns out nice!

jaya - you are most welcome, and I'm glad you liked this post! it was really long due!!:)Mansihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01109414198476017680noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-33247675635450707992008-04-13T13:50:00.001-07:002008-04-13T13:50:00.001-07:00these are really nice instructions, especially as ...these are really nice instructions, especially as you tell how much paneer we can make finally! just what i was looking for!! thank you very much!

-jayaAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3321320852129678916.post-66655489406187198242008-04-13T13:50:00.000-07:002008-04-13T13:50:00.000-07:00Great post!
